Copying and Pasting is FUN!

Ok I was going trying to hold off posting but I realized I wasn't being fair . Besides it has been too great of a week to not fill you in; I don't even know where to start.

Maybe I'll start with the fact that Myspace isn't such a bad thing afterall. I've met two totally awesome people this week; Tim, the genius behind The Daily Chorus and Miss Stacy Michelle by way of Miami.

You DEFINITELY have to check out The Daily Chorus website. The full site launches on April 30th and I am really excited! TDC is the A&R's dream come true. Tim assures me however, that he does it for the bands, not to get attention from A&R reps (which he does and its not so bad, haha). But more importantly its for the fans and music enthusiasts! Visit the site www.thedailychorus.com and get your favorite local bands some recognition!

I have a new obsession with www.icanhascheezburger.com it is wicked funny and cute and really good to copy pics and post them on your blogs and comments to friends. GO ASAP! you'll enjoy it.

Ok the bands you REALLY need to check out other than the ones I've already posted are as follows:

Utah
They are a 5 piece band from Denmark and they are pretty damn awesome. Very similar to Social Distortion and Radiohead. I recommend listening to Peace of Mind.

Sounds Under Radio
They are The Daily Chorus's #1 unsigned band. Listen out for their song Portrait of a Summer Thief on the Spiderman 3 soundtrack. I am obsessed with these 4 guys from Texas. Their style is too big to be unsigned; we all know that isn't going to last very long. Listen to Portrait of a Summer Thief. I LOVE THEM!

Sayonara Tiger
4-piece band from Cincinatti, OH. They are an indie rock band, but they aren't awkward. It's melodic and catchy. Listen to Heart Attack... ooh ooh aha! They are touring almost everywhere! Check out their page and find them in a town near you, or ask them to play!

I AM GOING TO BAMBOOZLE!! But only on Sunday so I'm gonna miss MUSE and MC Hammer and I'm really bummed yo. UGH school on saturday sucks!! Thankfully my awesome buds from Island will be there on Sunday so they'll protect me from the army of emo kids. I'll tell you my list of bands to see sometime next week.
